City High Baseball began its Athletic Development and Pitchers/Catchers workouts Tuesday at Regina’s Gavin Family Indoor Facility. A big thank you for Regina allowing us to utilize their amazing indoor facility.
These sessions will go up until spring break on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. This week will begin at 6:30AM but will move to 6AM next week. These workouts will wrapup around 7:45AM. We hope to see you there as much as possible. It is important that those in a winter sport to have balance and make sure the winter sport is priority and that you are getting enough rest!
