Back by popular demand, City High Baseball will host a November-December arm program coordinated by Wes Obermueller. This will begin on November 13th and run through December 21st. This will be on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday’s. This will be a all encompassing program to continue to build on athleticism, movement patterns and more to help gain arm strength and consistency, and improve overall arm health.
NOT JUST FOR PITCHERS. This should NOT take place of a winter sport if it comes down to deciding between the two!!!
This will require youth coach involvement as much as possible to allow for ongoing development throughout the year!!!
Ages: 10U – High School
Dates: November 13th- December 21st
Days: Sunday – Monday – Wednesday – Friday (On your Own)
Times:
– Sunday/Monday/Wednesday: 5:00, 5:45, 6:30 & 7:15 (45 Minute Sessions)
Length per Session: Approximately 45 minutes in the indoor facility.
Groups: Four Groups preferably with kids of similar ages. Youngest to oldest. 6-8 Kids Per Group
Location: City High Indoor Facility.
