How does your exit velocity stack up to Giancarlo Stanton or Aaron Judge? Find out during the LHBC Hitrax Tournament.
Hitrax is a tool that our baseball teams use as part of batting practice and training. Using cameras and low power lasers, the tool tracks the speed and direction of hit balls and then shows on a computer screen where that ball would have gone on the field.
We’ll be using the game mode where the computer provides a simulation of the defense, and our human players just hit the ball – no need for running or jumping, unless you get really excited. Register by contacting Josh Kaine at 319-621-2791 or eddie.eigenvalue@gmail.com
Tournament Format
–Each game will be five innings or 30 minutes
–Guaranteed two game minimum for each team
–Pitch speed will be 65 mph; Hitrax will be set to high school level
Teams
–Teams consist of 4 adults (over 18 and out of high school)
–$250 per team*
–Five teams maximum
